Jobs Happy Hour is the final event in our Employable (You)Us series. The aim of the series has been to bring employment and career-building opportunities to our students. We’ve been coaxing and supporting students to take an active role in their career journey by making it easy for them to engage with existing resources, industry workshops and networking opportunities.

Whilst we have a comprehensive communication plan to encourage students to engage with Jobs Happy Hour, we also understand, and appreciate, the level of influence you have as our students’ educator, industry insider and key contact.
Jobs Happy Hour will be held on campus in The Marquee (located near 1CC and the Chancellery) on 19 October from 2-4pm. This event will give registered students exclusive access to our industry partners who are currently recruiting for a range of roles – from Christmas casual jobs to graduate positions. This is a networking opportunity like no other for our students. Actual jobs are available!
Staff networking opportunity
As a thank you for your support of this strategic student-focused initiative, you’re invited to come along to the event and network with our industry partners. From 4pm, there will be drinks provided for our industry representatives (not our students), so that could be a good time for you to schedule a visit, and undertake some networking yourself.
